Important Notice for Act! Pro Customers
Act! Pro sales ended on June 30, 2020.
What this means for current Act! Pro customers:
If you are running Act! Pro v21 or Act! Pro v22: You will be able to continue using your current software after June 30, 2020. However, it is important to note that these versions will no longer be supported after November 30, 2021. After that date, you will no longer receive critical updates and fixes that ensure your software continues to run without issue. To ensure continued access to supported software, an Act! subscription is recommended.
If you are running Act! Pro v20 or earlier: Your version of Act! has been retired. You are no longer receiving critical updates and fixes that ensure your software continues to run without issue. While your version of Act! will continue to run after June 30, 2020, an upgrade to supported software is strongly recommended.
Important note for customers running Act! Pro v17 or earlier: If you are running Act! Pro v17 or earlier, your version of Act! contains a retired licensing component, which means that should you take an action that requires a connection to the licensing component, such as the re-installation of Act! on a new computer, you will no longer be able to access your software.
