You’re almost ready to use Act! Marketing Automation
To begin using Act! Marketing Automation, you need to have a secure connection between Act! Marketing Automation and your Act! database. This can be done in a few easy steps with Act! Connect Link, which is available to you as a part of your subscription.

How to Install Act! Connect Link
- Step 1. Go to the computer or server that hosts the database and download Act! Connect Link by copying and pasting the following link into your browser:
- https://dl.act.com/ConnectLink/Act! Connect Link Setup 1.1.13.exe
- Step 2. Run the Act! Connect Link Setup 1.1.13 file to launch the installer.
- Step 3. Accept the License Agreement and click Next then click Install.
- Step 4. Once the installation is complete click Finish. You now have a secure connection in between your database and Marketing Automation.
- Step 5. Reopen Act! and navigate back to Marketing Automation.
