Marketing Automation and Companion users with new campaign dashboard capabilities, new suppression list filters, additional date formats for mail merge, improved list sorting, mobile app accessibility, and opportunity filtering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Campaign dashboard<\/h3>\n

To improve overall usability, the campaign dashboard now features a \u201cProperties\u201d dropdown menu with options to quickly access the camping editor to make content or design changes, to quickly access granular campaign success data, and the option to export campaign data to a .csv file.<\/span><\/p>\n

New suppression list filters<\/h3>\n

To make it easier for Act! Marketing Automation users to zero in on the right data, we\u2019ve added three new filters for suppression: \u201cReason\u201d, \u201cStatus\u201d and \u201cDate.\u201d Quickly identify emails that have bounced, been caught in spam filters, unsubscribed, or blocked by recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n

24-hour time format for Mail Merge<\/h3>\n

Mail Merge functionality is a time-saving option to personalise outbound marketing content.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In locales or industries where the 24-hour time format is preferred, users can now select this option on the fly or set it as the default option within the Account Properties settings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
